Small businesses: If you own a small-to-medium business, you may have commercialized some of your products already. However, you probably don't have the time or resources to research and develop your new concepts and product ideas. That's where we come in! We offer research and development for your ideas, concepts, products, and/or line extensions. We also offer general engineering, prototype/product design and development, manufacturing representation, and intellectual property searches and submissions.
Individual inventors: We guide you through the invention development process, which begins with a thorough search for existing patents and/or prior art. Prior art is defined by the United States Patent and Trade Office as "any pre-existing knowledge, process, or product in the field or marketplace that can impact the validity (as to novelty or obviousness) of a patent claim" (Source: USPTO). We also search for similar products currently sold on the commercial market.
We offer individual inventors the same services we provide to small businesses.
